Waste Want was co-founded by Lydia Anderson-Jardine and her husband, Anthony Jardine in August 2010 and currently employs 12 permanent and 8 temporary staff members. The team offers consultation and high quality service focus on environmental preservation, professionalism and partnerships.

Waste Want Youth is a  division of Waste Want focusing on youth development, job creation and empowerment.. Rowen Anderson has been the managing director of the Waste Want Youth Recycling Co-Operative since its inception in 2012
